The Winter Bloom Market & Gathering was born from the spirit of resilience following the 2025 Eaton Fires, honoring the strength, creativity, and hope that continue to help Altadena and the greater Los Angeles community heal and thrive.

From exploring colorful booths to savoring seasonal flavors, every moment at the market supports local artists, small businesses, and nonprofits while amplifying the cultural heartbeat of Southern California.

This is more than a market – it’s a celebration of connection, creativity, and renewal. By joining us, you’re not only experiencing a vibrant and welcoming space, but also contributing to Altadena’s story of resilience as it becomes part of the larger story of Los Angeles, a city defined by its artistry, collaboration, and enduring spirit.

MAKERS & ARTISANS

Vendors can choose full or half booths in curated spaces for handmade goods, art, and creative businesses, with discounted rates and a community tent available for Altadena artists affected by the fires.

FOOD VENDORS

Food vendors will have the chance to serve an eager audience ready to enjoy unique flavors and seasonal delights, with prime placement near live music and gathering areas to maximize visibility and foot traffic.

NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS

Nonprofits are invited to connect with the community by spotlighting their mission, building partnerships, gaining supporters, and engaging attendees through meaningful activities.

By participating in the market – whether by exploring, tasting, creating, or learning – you are helping to support Altadena’s artists, small businesses, and nonprofits while contributing to a broader story of resilience that resonates throughout Los Angeles. Market Information

Our mission is to highlight original, high-quality work that showcases the creativity and craftsmanship of independent makers. We welcome artists who design and produce their own creations, and who demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to community engagement and collaboration.

Please note that our focus is on fostering healing, creativity, and unity within the community – not the physical rebuilding process. For this reason, applications from lawyers, contractors, real estate agents, or builders promoting their services will be kindly declined.

Booth Prices

Non-Refundable application fee: $10

Booth Fees are due upon official acceptance to the Winter Bloom Market and Gathering. Upon filling out this application, your credit card will only be charged the application fee.

Full Booth 10’x10′: $275.00
Half Booth 10’x5′: $165.00

Altadena Artist Full Booth 10’x10′: $150.00
Altadena Artist Tent 6′ table: $50.00
Altadena Artist Tent 3′ foot  table space (shared 6′ table): $25.00

Food Vendor: $275.00

Notifications

Vendors who have applied  on or after October 1st will receive notifications no later than October 24th. 

Notifications for applications received prior to September 30 have been sent.

Insurance

While vendor insurance is not required for this event, it is in the participating vendors best interest to purchase general liability insurance for this event. Bespoke Art Society suggests: Artists, Crafters & Tradesmen Insurance.

Security

As this event is completely outdoors, we will have overnight security.
